Our team is horribly coached.

Ran out of time outs both halfs.
Continuing to use Charles at RB when it's clear our backups are much more skilled.
Closing the QB battle by choosing Ertz who can't throw and is slow. Very little upside with him.
Play calling is beyond atrocious.

I could go on and on but what's the point. Nothing will ever change. The answer could be to get rid of Dimel but Snyder is too much of a loyalist to get rid of the shitty coaches.
