Peyton Williams, 6-4 Soph WBB player and freshman VB player from Topeka is doing a great job in both sports. She started many games last BB season as a true freshman and was a very solid rebounder. She made it clear when she was recruited that wanted to do both sports. Well, last week she was named B12 Freshman of the wk for her VB performance. I cant recall another KSU athlete, mens or womens, who was contributing at a very high level in two sports as a freshman/sophomore. Very impressive!
