D-FW - toss up between DFW and So. Florida for #2
South Florida
New Orleans - toss up between Nola and DMV for 4 & 5.

The fact that K-State's biggest out of state recruiting efforts right now are in Atlanta, DFW and Nola along with Houston and our border states suggests to me we aren't afraid to go right into the biggest recruiting hotbeds and compete with the bluebloods for the top talent.
