Lots of talk on here about cable and a friend of mine just told me about ISTV.
I had not heard of it, but was curious if anyone here has any experience with it?
Basically, he paid a one time fee of 400 and now since he has the internet he can watch all types of programming except local stations (but he got an antenna for that).
Any experiences?
