Read an interesting post on Reddit r/cfb that posted a completely unlikely but interesting idea of having every P5 conference align with a G5 conference and starting a relegation system. There are many many reasons it'd never happen but man I love the idea so let's just dream for a bit here. Plus as someone brought up it would finally create the B1G-MAC alliance.

B1G-MAC
PAC 12-Mountain West
SEC-Sun Belt
ACC-AAC
If it were implemented here would be the changes for this year:
