I know he's an associate AD or something administrative but this is at least the 2nd game I have seen him on the K-State sideline, appearing more like a coach. He ran right up to Reed and congratulated him after that long kick return. Is it normal for an administrative/operations guy to be dressed like a coach and that active on the forefront of the sideline?
