As has been posted earlier, K-State is interested in Kyle McKinley from Northeast Community College and Toby Van Ry from Northwest Tech in Colby.
McKinley tells me that Coach Weber was there to see him today, but left before they finished playing 5-on-5. The staff said something about a potential visit in May. He has also heard from Oregon State, has a possible visit with Washington State next weekend, as well as interest from mid majors. He plans to stay in contact with me. Said he really wants to get on campus and check out K-State.
Van Ry wasn't as open with his conversation with me. The K-State staff has not yet spoken to Van Ry directly. Said his coach would have the information I'm looking for and he doesn't want to give information that he "doesn't know the full facts about."
Since it's so late, I didn't want to contact the coach at NW Tech, but we plan to do so soon.
