I wouldn't say anybody was "great" for KSU today, but Edwards had another solid all around effort, 18 pts, 7 boards, 6 asts, 1 blk. Also knocked down 4 FTs to seal the W in the closing seconds.

Through 6 games, he is leading our team in pts (15.3), boards (5.8), asts (4.0), and stls (1.8) and is 2nd on the team in FG% (.500) and FT% (.853).

The only real hole in his game at this point is his perimeter shooting, which can be a concern for a HM wing, and it's still fairly early in the season but his consistency and effort on both ends of the floor has really impressed me.

It's clear to me that he really dedicated himself to improving his game this past offseason and is willing to do the dirty work to help this team win. Hopefully, the positive results will continue.
