I am horrible at remembering who is a gray shirt who isn't, so I thought I would ask some of you who have that all committed to memory.
How do you feel the gray shirting path has been performing for us? Specific players?
It seems like to me the best attribute of the program seems to buy us an extra year allowing them to get almost 6 years in the program, which means these guys are able to mature physically quite a bit by the time they are seniors. They don't enroll until January after their graduation in May the previous year, give them a red shirt year and suddenly they almost 20 years old with 4 years to play, or am I not tracking their eligibility right?
