TRANSFER NEWS: RHP Christian McGowan, ranked No. 123 in our College Top 150, was slated to head to @KStateBSB this fall. Instead, he’s staying put at Eastern Oklahoma. #KSU still has a loaded rotation with Jordan Wicks/Carson Seymour/Conner McCullough, but McGowan was icing on the cake. #MLBDreaft

Because they get a redo of the season the kid is staying at the Oklahoma juco instead of moving up to K-State like he was signed to do. I think also because most of K-State's senior class from last year is coming back meaning the scholarship money was going to be even less for the kid. So he's staying home at the juco for another year. We are already going to have a super deep pitching rotation next spring. He would have been gravy.
