I had no idea how bad the schedule was until I looked up the end of year RPI for the opponents of the schedule. Granted if we win our first game in Brooklyn we will play Maryland who ended last year with an RPI of 15 but:

Even if we win every game in our non con schedule, excluding Maryland, we would probably have to go at least 10-8 to make the big dance due to how bad that non-cons slate is. We will get pounded for that SOS when bubble talk starts, and if the Big 12 is "down" like some are saying, that'll weigh down our SOS even more. We really cannot afford to lose to any of those scrubs in the non-con to achieve what a lot of us are wanting to this year.
