Weber & players seemed very focused, as you'd expect. Certainly don't come off as taking anything for granted and looking at this thing like a business trip.
Wade's status hasn't changed. Wouldn't expect him to play tomorrow, but he probably "could" if needed. It seems to me the thought is whatever percentage he's at right now wouldn't be as productive as the guys who are playing instead of him.
Weber compared Lyles to Marcus Foster, Barry is certainly drawing that assignment.
Coaches were up till about 5a this morning getting prep ready. By time the players were up and met for breakfast there was a clip tape made and a full scouting report to start to review. Doesn't sound like the same can be said for UMBC at this point.
