Anyone else having trouble accessing your ticket account on the mobile app? No problem accessing it online and my tickets are there, but the app either crashes or kicks me back to the home page when I try to "Manage Tickets" or kicks me back before I can even get to the login screen. I am android. Never had a problem either football or basketball last year. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app 4-5 times already and nothing is changing. Also re-booted the phone. Same thing is happening on my wife's phone. I talked to someone at the ticket office and they said no one else has reported a problem, but they are going to contact Sidearm and get back with me.
