My Thoughts
Last time these two teams played TCU left k-state fans heartbroken as the cats blew a 5-point lead in the final minute of the game. TCU is still a good team they've knocked off OU twice and wins over a ranked Iowa State and LSU but blown out by Texas and lost a nail biter to Oklahoma State. TCU still dominates in the paint as they are not that great of a 3-point shooting team outside of O'Bannon. Just like the cats they get in trouble on defense down low where at times they've gotten dominated on the offensive glass, LSU had 16 offensive boards, Texas had 15 offensive boards. The on and off ball pressure shouldn't be as tough as Oklahoma State's was and TCU doesn't really jump in the passing lanes. We know what Mike Miles can do as he scored 19 points in the win over the cats but on 6-16 shooting and 1-6 from three, he also had 6 assists but 5 turnovers. For K-State in that game Markquis Nowell had 18 points and 4 assists on 7-12 shooting and 4-7 from 3 and 7 steals which tied a K-State record for steals in a big 12 game. I think the cats are going to want revenge and be hungry and want to steal one back in Fort Worth. TCU is favored by 4.5 but I think are too hungry. Cats 70 TCU 65
