Good News:
We Won!!!!
We shot the ball well 50% from the Field and 70% from the Free Throw Line
We out rebounded them by 10
Wade had a Breakout game with 17 points 7-10 from the field (3-5 from Three!!!)
Iwundu and Edwards had really good games as well. 16 and 19 points respectively.
This team does look better than last year in most respects.
Bad News:
Very little depth on this team (bench only scored 8) I cringe when Budke is on the floor.
With 7 minutes left our team looked gassed.
We had a lot of trouble with their zone.
DJ fouls out in 9 minutes..... but strangely had 6 rebounds and 6 points during that time.
This team did give me a flashback of last year when we let them pull back into it late.
Overall it was a positive performance and Columbia is a decent team. I am concerned that we may be in foul trouble a lot and with our depth that would probably be a serious problem.
