I happened upon Jace Ruder from Norton Kansas at Florida State's on-campus camp last week.

The kid is legit. Little bit of a weird delivery but nice size and a strong arm. I don't think he's quite the prospect Skylar was, but he's got a chance to be realy good for somebody. FSU has offered him, but I get the sense they won't push super hard on him unless they miss on Justin Fields and some others. I don't think he's gonna be a three-star much longer. We'll see, though. That's not my call.

He has a K-State offer but it wasn't clear how hard it is recruiting him right now.
