Just saw this tweet and it had me thinking about loyalty and connections. I think it is really interesting that Dimel has hired on so many KSU guys. I think it also speaks volume to the type of individual that Bill Snyder brought in. The fact that he still remains consistent ties with KSU guys, gives them opportunities and has some sort of success is really powerful to me.
The KSU “fraternity”, so to speak, grows larger every year. We have produced people who promote success for others. I believe this is one of the most impressive accomplishments/legacies Bill left behind. The ability to find solid, honest men. Props to him for being such an impressive culture builder.
