While little twelve members kansas and west virginia are 5th and 7th respectively. How can that possibly be?
They are 16-5, close to the same overall record than wv and kansas, and the conference they reside in finished 6-4 this weekend, all accomplished on the little twelve's home floors. I could see them being ranked slightly lower than kansas because of the head to head loss early in the season, but not even ranked?? Preposterous.
Perfect example of how overrated this conference is, starting at the very top. Kentucky is the most consistently dominant program in college basketball history, with nearly three times as many national championships, all earned, unlike two of kansas meager three nc's.....yet every year overrated, underproducing in the tournament ku gets FAWNED over during rankings season.
