Since quite a few Kstaters travel KS-177 during football season, figured I’d post a thread about the construction that is occurring through the fall.
They are currently adding shoulders (which needs to happen) to the road between Council Grove and Manhattan. It’s expected to last until sometime during the fall. So may have to plan a different route.
You can do gravel roads around it but it’s about 10-15 miles worth of gravel. Did that this weekend.
