KS HS basketball rules changes

Have any of you seen the rules changes for HS basketball this year? I know they're trying to clean up post play, but I'd like to know how you try to coach post defense under this set of rules.

Are they trying to clean it up or just plain take all the fun out of it. It's going to be interesting to see how they enforce these.
