KSU CC season started this morning

I know this is the first Saturday of the football season but it is also the start of the cross-country season and as a retired HS CC coach I want to draw attention to the sport. Kansas State started their season this morning at the Wichita State meet and the men finished first and the women second. Six of the first seven runners on the men's team were freshman (several red-shirts) so that indicates the base of a program to watch in the next few years.
