It's down almost 1000 this year. Article in Mercury said it's likely due to more students opting for tech schools, fewer Kansas students attending colleges and fewer international students coming. That's an 8% drop from the all time high. Pres Meyers said it will result in further budget cuts. Glad I don't own rentals in Manhattan. Concerning.
