For those that don't follow track, the USA is divided into two regionals and the top 48 in each section qualify for the regionals. At the regionals, the top 12 of the 48 qualify for the NCAA championships. This afternoon, two of the 12 women qualifiers were Cats and three of the 12 men qualifiers were Cats. Five of the 24 throwers who qualified for nationals from west of the Mississippi River are throwers from KSU!!! Two of the men broke the previous school record.
