Yes, I know you can't compare the men's game to the women's game. But just observations about the KSU programs:
1. WITHOUT QUESTION, the women play tougher. It is not even close. They've taken on Mittie's personality. Same in regards to his assistants.
2. LATE GAME decisions are way better with Mittie than Weber. Not even close.
3. Mittie understands how to use scholarships. Example: goes and get 5th year player who graduated from Louisville. Megan Deines has been a Godsend to this program. Mittie does not focus on rewarding good kids who work hard a.k.a. Austin Budke. Mittie is about winning. That last men's scholarship should go to a transfer who can help their program.
4. Steady increase. Women will be very good next year with 4 starters back and a 5 star recruit, the best in Canada who originally committed to North Carolina! !!
5. I feel Mittie's assistants are better to some degree. They don't overdue it in games but you can tell they have done a good job of developing these girls in practice.
Again not comparing the men's game to the women's. Comparing 2 KSU programs.
