We were surprisingly on the NCAA Committee’s first Top 16 reveal yesterday. This is the first of 3 reveals that they
will have for the season. While we may be there now…finishing there in March will be challenging. I’ve listed below
what I think needs to happen. The tossup games are extremely critical. Might have to beat KU (good team) 2 more times.
23-9 would get us there while 22-10 (with no other bad losses) may sneak us in too.
Getting a HOME 4 seed (or better) is our best bet to have a chance to make a NCAA run (Sweet 16).
We are a very dangerous team at home but just not the same on the road as Lee gets fewer touches.
Other teams to keep an eye on that were not on the committee’s first reveal are :
Notre Dame (15-4)
Georgia Tech (16-4)
BYU (17-1)
Oklahoma (17-3)
Maryland (14-6)
