so I am seeing that officer flaschbarth is the investigating officer for the basketball indiscretions. He played football for Lawrence high and KU. He is corrupt. Railroaded my younger brother on a "police assault." Long story. Didn't like my brother because of who he was dating and jumped my brother. He is a dirty cop.
