Needing some legal help, and didnt want to post of sports MB. I used a shuttle service in KC last year at this time and they required a Credit Card on File to use their service. We rode the shuttle and payed cash. A day later, they charged the Credit Card. I fought with them for a month to get a refund, they aknowledged the cash payment, but i never received a refund. A year later, they charged my card again. Same story.
