Given no one has answered I will give you my limited experience. It basically just get's you into a room with a couple TV's and bar tables where you can buy booze. I wouldn't call it anything fancy. I do know there is another room on the lower level that is nicer for people with court seats but I don't think this is the same as the Legend's passes.
