Looking for suggestions for a gift

Just found out I have to buy a secret Santa gift for my niece's fiancé who unfortunately happens to have graduated from K.U.. I'll meet the guy on Dec 27th when the families get together. My nephew tells me he's full of himself (imagine that) and doesn't like him. $50 limit and there will be lots of little kids around. Any suggestions?
