Gary Mundhenke, known as Mudcat here on the Wabash, died Tuesday here in Hutchinson from Pancreatic cancer. I was told that It was only about three weeks ago that Gary was feeling bad and went to see the doctor. Gary was a season ticket holder in both football and basketball and was an Ahearn member at the Championship level. He also served as president of the Reno County Wildcat Club at one time. Gary will be greatly missed.
