While watching the Terps challenging the Mich State Spartans in the big 10 semis, I was reminded of something amusing that Turgeon did. At the very start of the whole "Roy watch" deal when Roy Williams was rumored to be leaving KU, then he stayed, I seem to remember WHO 810 had his house staked out reporting every shred of a story. Apparently Mark Turgeon offered that he would not consider taking the KU job, before anyone ever even mentioned his name as a replacement. Keitzman had a field day with that tidbit as I remember, really making fun of how presumptuous he was. I hated him when he was a player at KU - the "little surgeon". He seems to be a solid coach though.
