MBB Flex Mobile Season Pass

I'm trying to decide whether to renew my MBB season tickets or try out the flex mobile season pass. For those that have used the flex season pass, what has been your experience? Can you get into the seat backs or are you only given options for the end zone seats? Do your require an Ahearn fund donation for the flex pass like I have made for my season ticket? Thanks for your help!
