I just saw that Montel Cozart had been granted another year of eligibility on a hardship waiver. I always thought the rule stated that you could not play in more than 20% of a team's contests in order to be eligible for the waiver. He played in 4 games last year. Anyone know how this was possible? Wondering if I am missing something.
