The nominee seems to be a clone of the justice he is replacing. He clerked for him, there are some conservatives that thinks he is to much of a moderate insider. He is tarnished from being a bush appointee.
He just seems like a good dude, great qualification, good family, active in his community, adjunct teaches at the big liberal colleges and etc. He is probably the most moderate pick of all the folks on the list of 25 that the President ran on. He has kept his promise by using the list he campaigned on.
