Watching parts of every NCAA game today and the most noticeable difference between every team playing today is that KSU does not have one player over 6’5” that has the abilities of the teams playing today. Bruce Weber’s departure is due to a failure to have skilled forwards or a talented center. We had four or five guards with a piss poor class of supporting backcourt players. it took most of the season this year to teach the big men to set a non moving screen. Bruce should have been gone sooner but recruiting a taller player that could shoot a 10 footer, drive to the basket and rebound was the demise of Bruce Weber.
