Motel room vs WV in Junction City available

I inadvertently booked two rooms for the West Virginia weekend November 10 and 11. The room I won't use is in Junction City at the Super 8, a single king bed, non-smoking room. I would gladly sell the reservation for less than I paid, since it is a no-cancellation reservation. $80 for both nights.
