motels around Sprint Center/Power and Lights

I have not been in that area yet but will be going in April and really know nothing about the surrounding area down there.

Need help with motel suggestions that are easily walkable to Power and Light/Spring Center so that wife and I are not walking through some rough areas. Will also say not looking to pay a lot of money for a room....less than $175 range and easily walkable is all we are really looking for.
