Moving to Dallas and need help on cable/internet

We are moving to the N Dallas area and I wanted to find out what cable options we should use or if we get Direct TV. I'm more interested making sure I can get KSU games and the Royals. I have AT&T Uverse right now and wasn't sure if I should use that and add Fox Sports. Also if I go with Direct TV, does anyone have any internet recommendations? Any help would be appreciated
