1. I think it virtually guarantees that Jim Leavitt is our next Head Football Coach.
With a "new" AD.....who knows what his idea of a good FB coach is......we could end up with a Charlie Weis or Turner Gill.
2. He's the one that gave Bruce his ultimatum......so he's much more likely to follow through if the parameters are not met.
A "new" AD may be swayed into seeing "progress" where there is none.....also a new AD may be hesitant to hire a new BB coach in his 1st year.
