Weber knows what's expected of him next year and is going to do everything in his power to right the ship. To kick Foster off tells me Coach concluded it wasn't worth the risk to keep him even though Foster was the most talented guy he had and might of made a huge impact next year.....or been another cancer in the team. Being a head coach like that would really stink at times
