Jim Leavett is that he unlike a lot of potential coaches would not be intimidated by replacing Snyder. He also knows what it takes to recruit and win at KSU. I would also hope he keeps at least some of the assistants, namely Dickey, Coleman,Seiler, Snyder and maybe Braet.
