Talent Level
It is pretty unbelievable the lack of our talent level on offense. These coaches have struck out on recruiting the last 5 years. We have no playmakers on offense. It is embarrassing and all falls on Snyders shoulders. He keeps having to do more with less because of his lack of emphasis on recruiting. He makes his teams have to play perfect because they can not make up for any mistakes. On the positive side I think this last recruiting class has some potential but that is yet tbd.
Defense
Defense in this league is what it is. Nobody can stop the other team (unless your playing us) so you just have to be able to score points. Until coaches realize that we will not be consistently successful. I would like to see us actually challenge an offense by having our dbs closer than 10 yards from their receivers.
My controversial point of view
We do not have enough urban players on this team if you know what I mean. Look at our linebackers and wide receivers and name another team that looks like that in the power five leagues. It very much shows on the field as well.
Thoughts on the remainder of season
If Delton can still get a redshirt you do that. If not he is the starter as soon as he is able to play. If Barnett can get a redshirt and he wants to you do that too. I would also not pull any more red shirts roll with what we have and take the beat downs the remainder of the year.

We need to change the style of our offense. I hope dimel and miller are gone after this year. It is a different style of football in the big 12 and we need coaches who understand that.
