If LCBS is actually going to stay on and coach until his son gets hired then I say let's just do it. Why not let him come in next year with a good core of returning players and some new blood on the staff. The end of the sentence is important because that is what we need, some new blood especially in the coordinator category. Surely Sean has been around long enough to know who some of the possible candidates could be and can get them here.
Now having said all of this, this would not be my choice but the alternative of coach being stubborn could completely bring the program to a lower level. I don't think any of us can take another year in the present form. Gotta do something.
