Here's a very interesting situation; One that I have not seen before, and I'm pretty diligent with my research.
It appears that Da'Quan Patton might be a KSU commit. Da'Quan Patton is a juco LB who played high school football at Cedar Park TX and played Juco at Trinity Valley CC in Texas.
Here's his twitter which says he is a KSU linebacker.

Yet, nothing on his feed says anything about committing to KSU or signing with KSU. Other than his twitter handle that states "K-State LB" and the fact that Sped is following him, there is nothing out there that mentions him and KSU.
What's even more interesting is that his 247 profile, rivals profile, Scout profile, and ESPN profile all state that he committed to Cal in June and then signed a month ago in December.

So you'd think that maybe the "K-State LB" line is a mistake, prank, troll, or hacked, or whatever. But, if you look up Da'Quan Patton and California, Google search comes up with 2 results that show that Cal at one time had a player profile page for him, but it's been deleted.
So, it looks like he may be joining the KSU class for one reason or another. I think he's a great pickup with Lee leaving for the NFL Draft. Another LB to come in and compete for a starting spot!
Then again, maybe he's at Cal. However, here's a little sunshine amidst the darkness in the Fields.
