For the ones in the know, what is the line that team recruiting boards are to follow to avoid improper recruiting. I have read the yearly recruiting rules and think I know what I can/cannot do. But what about team boards like GPC? If you look at the front page every other story is either West Virginia football or KU basketball. Are these stalkers? mouthpieces for the coaches? It seems amazing that they can identify all these recruits and provide inside info. Or are they creating news to sell their school?
