NDSU recruiting

I am curious how NDSU was able to get and maintain the talent level they have. I follow Sam Houston State some and they get a ton of transfers from FCS schools but I am not sure if NDSU gets many transfers. If they don’t then they have to do a good job of evaluating and developing the players they get.
