I have a friend/previous employee that is from Fremont Ne and his family owns a bunch of farm/hunting ground throughout Nebraska. Scott Frost comes out hunting every year on their land even before he took the job at Nebraska and was in Florida. Scott actually also owns a house on the lake near my boss. Anyways, I was talking to him today and he said that Scott told him last year when hunting that he was the one that asked for the one year contract and pay cut so they could afford (which I don't believe) better coordinators. He knew he was on the way out and that was his way to save his job. He said that the offensive coaches ruined Adrian and also said that he's going to tear it up here. Of course, I poke at him when I can and I said well when you have the worst offensive line in college football it's easy to turn the ball over. He said the 3rd worst in FBS/FCS etc. He said Adrian did great as a freshman because they let him do his thing. The next three years was required to take an eight page test of what to do before each game. He raved so much about Adrian and how how he's going to excel here. Believe it or not he said I hope they fire Scott and hire some new offensive coach that can really recruit.
