Need some help

Why, oh why, can I not open GPC on my iPhone? I've entered my user name and password and it tells me Safari cannot load the data! This has only been an issue since the new Rivals site has been in existence. Sorry if this has already been covered and I missed it. It's driving me crazy. Thanks for any help.
