I think one thing I am curious about is if the new AD keeps up with a procedure the JC had in place. Where current players could come and express their concerns, (complain, bitch and moan) to him and it was in total confidentiality. I don't disagree with this totally, just the part of not telling the coach who it is. It is kind of BS for a player not to go to his coach first or be able to sit down and at least communicate issues face to face. If you feel you still are not getting anywhere then maybe have the AD come into the picture with the coach, ad and player present. I think this is one of the areas where JC lost all respect from his coaches. When you have a free trip to the boss to complain with your head coach not finding out it is not a good thing.
