New Big 12 question

Do we stay 4th or 5th best team in conference consistently with new Big 12?

I'm thinking BYU, Cincy, OSU and Baylor stay consistently in the top 4 with Houston, UCF, ISU and us working in the middle of the pack. Tcu, WV, KU and Tech in the bottom half. No particular order.
